Affordable, comfortable stay in Insadong.

Great location and easy to find, check in. The staff were friendly and helpful. My view might not have been spectacular, but it looked over the area and not at a brick wall! Aircon was a little noisy, but it worked! Two bottles of water (plus filtered water available by reception) and two sweet Korean rice drinks.

Limited toiletries (bring a toothbrush-- I did! and conditioner if you use it). The bed is a little hard-- which I don't mind generally, but this was maybe harder than I prefer. Bedding and towels were clean, but the bathroom is old and just has those kind of stains that aren't going to come off easily. I mostly just used the room for sleeping.

great location

The location is good, just a few steps away from 3 Joseon Palaces and a beautiful shrine. There are several convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. If you walk 10 minutes south there are also some nice bars. The room was clean and spacious enough, and quiet. The bed is comfortable. The shower is a wet room shower (I think that's the technical term), as common in Asia, but the bathroom is spacious enough. They provide you with toiletries and towels. The staff is kind. The laundry service was good and cheap.

The wifi is not the best. There is only a small and low table to use your laptop so you'll have to go to a nearby cafe if you want to work or even read comfortably (I'd recommend Wells Coffee and Sandwich just 50 meters away)

bad hotel, seems like they cleaned for the last time around 2 years ago. The staff was really nice though.

the hotel was one of the worst i have ever seen. It was really small and there was a lot of mold. lights were also not working completely. The small part of the hotel was something you can see on the pictures, but you can’t lay your suitcase open on the ground. The mold was really bad.

Excellent

Lovely location, very kind staff, had our room done even though we were only there for two nights. Well equipped, there was toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well as hairdryer. The room had a mini fridge and was warm even though it was very cold whether.

The property wasn’t very well maintained. It was clean but could use a little renovation. It was small but that was totally okay and expected.

Good for travelling on a budget whilst still being very comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the TV had a good selection of channels - both Korean and international. Staff were very pleasant. The location was also very good. Lots of restaurants nearby, literally up the road from one of the palaces, within walking distance from other attractions and very close to a couple of stations.

There was a stale smoke smell in both the hallways and the bathroom. The main room was fine as long as you kept the bathroom door closed.

Is quite easily to locate the property and is there is a convenient stall nearby. And there are a lot of channels on the tv for us to browsed through.
